We really enjoy the tournament except placement in the group. I was asking for my age group which is u11 and We landed in u11/12. Playing agianst u12 it was hugr mistake. Those guys were 2 times bigger then us like I thought. I was trying explain that the difference can be even almost 2 years. But.... I took that lesson and I will never ever allow us to place in this kind of divisions.
It was a fun kickoff to the Spring soccer season, despite the cold and wind. We were placed a little above our competition ability and the other bracket would have made more sense for our team, but it was a good challenge and hopefully helped our team develop further by playing better teams.
Tournament Guru and their directors do an excellent job of putting these events together with great communication and timeliness. No event is without it's hiccups but the staff do a great job of controlling what they can control which gives everyone an excellent experience. Would highly recommend attending one of their events.
The location in Bettendorf was amazing. We loved the on-site entertainment center so the players could keep themselves busy between games. The tournament was very well organized. Communication was great. I would highly recommend this tournament to anyone.
I was bringing 1 team at the start when conversation started in November. After working with Francesco I wanted and needed to bring more as I knew that my members will benefit from a well organized and prepared tournament. Schedule out almost 2 weeks before the tournament, brackets out almost a month before tournament. Constant communication and understanding. NOTHING BUT POSITIVES A+
