Great tournament. I just don’t agree with how teams are allowed to bring “down” players for their team. Our team is championship level and we played some premier level teams, but to find out some teams were bringing academy level players in isn’t right. I know that is more or less a coach’s call, but if it’s not allowed in regular season play it shouldn’t be allowed in tournaments.
The Lou Fusz complex lighting is not very good.
Our game was cancelled due to the rain. The game was res ro another facility in less than am hour! The fiels conditions were good and facilities clean. Games were on schedule and spread out enough for the kids to get rest! The DJ on sunday was amazing!
Thought the tournament was well run overall. Kept games on time , quality of officiating was good , complexes were very good ( SportPort a little run down compared to the others), level of competition was well matched. Would definitely recommend this tournament to any other teams looking for a professionally run event. Thank you Tony Duffy
This is the second Tournament Gurus tournament we have entered and just like the first one this was a fantastically ran event. Hotels were close to field, completion was strong, complex was beautiful and the games ran perfectly on time.
Overall good event, will return in the future.
Fields were easy to get to and well maintained. We faced good competition. Tournament was very accommodating and let us play our last game as the final since both teams would have advanced to the final - this allowed for families to be able to travel home much earlier than anticipated. Great medals!
