Both sets of grass fields for the 2012 girls was disappointing. At the main complex, the grass is too high. This severely limited passing abilities. At the Davenport complex, the field and goals were not the regulation size for the age group. While we benefited from this, our competitors hit the crossbar a number of times and the field was too short and narrow. Our last game, on the turf at the main complex was more of the expectation for an out of town tournament.
The hotel management/booking company was horrible to work with. Wish it wasn’t a stay to play.
The Davenport Soccer Complex Fields were not in great condition and were inconvenient. It would be better next time to only use TBK fields or indoor facilities.
Did not like the team hotel. Very outdated.
